In the midst of Covid, the event marketing industry has been turned upside down, but the need to reach our customer, prospects have not. Pivoting to understand and select the right platform to produce our annual user conference was a difficult task. We evaluated both off the shelf products as well as custom built. After we realized that “work from home” would like go into 2021, we decided to build our own and have the flexibility to repurpose for both internal and external events. We found there were significant benefits in doing so including the ability to really showcase our brand, have a unique interface and see overall cost savings.
Jaguar Design Studio was an amazing partner and did epic work to bring to life our vision for a virtual event and an immersive experience for our attendees. They have very seasoned developers who designed a back-end that was reliable, easy to use and built to scale. The UX and graphic designers took the time to understand our brand and created an intuitive, easy to navigate front-end and compelling brand look and feel. Add to this the video graphics, analytics and project management teams and we had a recipe for confidence and excitement on what we created together.
We believe virtual will be part of the event industry makeup for some time to come. We felt very fortunate to partner with Jaguar and look forward to working with them on all of our virtual needs to support both our internal and external digital event initiatives.
